Cory

Staying fit has always been a part of Cory's life, as it helped him get physically stronger and build his self-confidence. Cory often inspired friends and family members to exercise, and then he decided to turn fitness into a career. He attended school and gained scientific knowledge of the human body, exercise and nutrition. Cory has been working as a Personal Trainer since 2017.   He has experience working with clients of all ages and those with mobility issues. Cory is also familiar with job-specific physical testing required for both Fire and Police Services. He has completed mandatory firefighting fitness tests and administered candidate physical testing for MNR conservation officers. Outside the gym, Cory enjoys mountain biking and skiing.

Cory strives to create enjoyable, effective and unique programs that will produce measurable results for his clients.

Scott

As a former NCAA soccer player with years of coaching experience, Scott learned how to channel his natural leadership ability and team mentality into a personal training career.

With a Masters in High-Performance Sport, Scott brings motivational energy grounded in athleticism to his training. While studying in Spain, Scott was able to get away from the American idea of fitness and health and expand his horizons in terms of how he approaches them as a coach. His love of travel and experiencing different cultures has brought him across the world to experience multiple ways of living life, which have added to his knowledge.

Scott hopes to give back to his community and give them access to the health and fitness knowledge he didn't have. His background in sports gives him a unique understanding that fitness is not limited to bodybuilding and lifting weights. Scott's goal is to empower and educate his clients to have fitness be a part of their lifestyle, as opposed to feeling like it's a chore

Abigail

Abigail developed an interest in fitness throughout high school, finding it enjoyable as well as a benefit to her mental and physical health. Her interest continued to grow and after high school she chose to further her experience and pursue fitness and health as a career. Abigail has always been keen to share her knowledge with family and friends, encouraging them to become more confident in their own fitness endeavors. Being passionate about health and fitness in her own life, she hopes to continue to motivate others to reach their fitness goals by creating personalized programs and working diligently alongside her clients. 

It is important to Abigail that her clients feel welcomed, respected and confident in a gym environment, while also becoming healthier and stronger.

Jaye

Jaye Grew up as a competitive multi-disciplinary dancer. She developed a passion for Yoga & Fitness at a very young age. Jaye has a critical eye for form, alignment and posture. She believes that performing exercises with correct form and alignment, along with proper rest and self-care can increase one's physical vitality. 

Jaye loves working with people and the body. She is passionate about helping anyone who wants to get healthier, stronger, and better physically & mentally. Maintaining work life balance is imperative to Jaye. When she is not working hard, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Her motto is "Do what you love; love what you do".

Alexa
Alexa has been in the fitness industry for ten years. She has extensive experience teaching group fitness classes, and conducting Personal Training. Alexa loves to work with people just getting back into the gym and making fitness a routine that they can continue for a long, healthy, pain-free life. Alexa's specialties include: general fitness, rehabilitative exercise for those with injuries, functional fitness, strength and fitness training with a "mind-body" connection. She started her fitness journey at ten years old from taking a spin class and knew she wanted to be doing this for a career. Alexa's passion for helping others get healthy, strong and live their best lives has always been her goal with clients. Outside of the gym Alexa enjoys playing with her dog Chime and hanging with her friends & family.

Smantha

Sam has been a Certified Canadian Gold Standard Personal Trainer serving York Region for over 12 years. She graduated from York University with a specialized honours degree in Kinesiology. Sam specializes in full body transformations including body re-composition, fat loss, toning, muscle building and mobility training.

Her approach is fun & effective using science and evidence-based protocols. Sam is a published fitness model by Inside Fitness Magazine and an award-winning regional level bikini body builder.

She enjoys health & wellness practices such as cold plunges, breathwork, meditation and nutrition. Fun fact - Sam has road-tripped across all provinces of Canada except NWT, BC & NFLD, but she plans to!
