The Legal department provides a full range of legal services to Council, Town departments, related boards and agencies in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The Legal department provides legal representation related to the Town's business and operations, represents the Town's interests at court and administrative tribunals, negotiates real-estate transactions, prepares and reviews bylaws and contracts and acts as liaison with the public in their dealings with the Town.
