Water and Wastewater Services

Water and wastewater are maintained by the Public Works Services department. The Town tests 24 samples of water on a weekly basis for E.coli and other forms of bacteria and contaminants such as lead, to ensure water in Newmarket is safe.

Municipal water is the safest water to drink as a result of the extensive testing and sampling it undergoes.
