The Town of Newmarket and the Region of York with IBI Group have developed a Corridor Streetscape Master Plan for those portions of Yonge and Davis that are outside of the Vivanext rapidway and that serve as gateways into the Town's Urban Centres. The overall project goal is to create a consolidated Streetscape Master Plan including development tools and an implementation strategy for the public realm.
